Based in Southwestern Ontario and just 100 kilometers west of Toronto Canada, Ensure Impact Consulting was established in 2026 under the direction of Faith Musasa, BSc. Hons. Chemistry & Biology (Toronto Metropolitan University), Master of Public Health (MPH) (Western University) and Project Management Certified (PMP-PMI).

Partnering with mission-driven health and social services organizations that are making a difference in the lives of women and young people, Ensure Impact gathers and uses the power of lived-experience narratives to inform equitable, community-rooted health and social care strategy, programming and practice with clarity while empowering communities for lasting transformation. Integrating real-world perspectives, of those closest to an issue, also helps strengthen connection & stakeholder alignment and demonstrate impact that truly resonates.

Faith is a Public Health Professional, a seasoned Project Manager and Consultant with over 20 years experience overseeing research, evaluation and health & social care programming projects. Ensure Impact specialty areas are Stakeholder Engagement, Knowledge Translation, & Gender Integration with a focus on and supported by Lived-Experience Storytelling all aimed at demonstrating and enhancing Impact.

Having independently migrated from Zimbabwe, Southern Africa as a young woman right out of high school, Faith’s own journey and story is one of courage, navigating obstacles and challenges, overcoming and resilience and is foundational to her passion for honouring lived stories to inform optimal programs and services.
