Knowledge Translation
In health and social care programming Knowledge Translation (KT) is important to ensure that knowledge gathered by metrics, evaluation indicators or other data gathering approaches translates to informed practice and programming in a timely manner.
Literature has identified various barriers to Knowledge Translation at the micro (individual), meso (organizational) and macro (system) levels. Ensure Impact’s work is primarily focused on helping address and mitigate two key barriers that stand in the way of optimal knowledge use:
